What I build
Clear structure, fast code, useful content and measurable conversion paths.
Business and service websites with tailored UX/UI, clear structure and fast code.
WooCommerce, Shopify or PrestaShop stores with payments, shipping and business integrations.
A technical search foundation: semantic structure, schema, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
Landing UX, conversion actions, consent management and a GTM/GA4 measurement foundation.
Why Smart Code
No hand-offs between sales, project management and development. I understand the brief faster, show progress directly and remain responsible for technical quality.
Tell me what you need →First I define what the visitor should do: call, send an enquiry, buy or register. Design and content are built around that action.
Animations are used where they help users understand the content. I account for reduced-motion preferences, mobile devices and loading performance.
Clean HTML semantics, internal links, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots, structured data and useful content form the technical foundation for organic growth.
GA4 and GTM can be prepared for consent signals and key conversion events, so advertising can be optimized around real actions rather than guesses.

I check mobile layouts, forms, internal links, indexing signals and key user actions.
Indicative pricing
Final pricing is confirmed after a short project discussion and depends on pages, content, functionality and integrations.

For companies and professionals that need a complete, expandable web presence. Choose WordPress when you want easy self-editing, or a lightweight custom build when performance is the priority.

Frequently asked questions
A landing / mini website starts from €150, a business website from €300 and an online store from €350. These are starting prices. Final cost depends on page count, design, content, languages, functionality, integrations and whether the project uses WordPress, an e-commerce CMS or custom development.
A simple landing page can start from about 2 business days when content and requirements are ready. A business website usually takes about 5 business days to 2 weeks. E-commerce and custom integrations commonly take around 1–4 weeks or longer depending on product volume, feedback rounds and integrations.
Depending on the project I use semantic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, WordPress with a tailored design, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify for e-commerce, plus PHP/API integrations, GTM/GA4 and other project-specific tools. Technology is chosen around editing needs, performance, budget and future growth.
WordPress is usually better when you want to edit pages, posts, images and services yourself. A custom HTML/CSS/JS build can be better for a compact site with rarely changing content where speed and lower maintenance are the priority. I recommend the option after a short requirements review.
Yes. With WordPress or another CMS you can manage the agreed content without coding. For a static custom build, updates can be handled by me or a separate administration layer can be planned when needed.
Yes. I can help choose hosting, configure DNS and SSL and prepare the deployment. I usually recommend registering domain and hosting in your own name so ownership and access stay with your business.
Basic editing and content-structure guidance can be included. Large-scale copywriting, professional photography, custom illustration and licensed stock assets are separate items. Existing copy can be restructured for clarity, CTA and SEO intent.
Yes. I prepare semantic headings, titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, internal links, schema.org, image alt text and performance/indexing basics. Ongoing SEO, link building and regular content production are separate long-term activities.
Yes. Landing pages can be prepared with clear CTA, lead forms, phone/email actions, privacy transparency and a conversion-measurement foundation. GA4/GTM and Google Ads conversion tags can be connected to consent management. Campaigns, keywords, audiences and final conversion IDs still need configuration in your Google accounts.
Yes. Non-essential analytics and advertising tags can remain blocked until the visitor makes a choice. The site includes consent controls and links to privacy/cookie policies. Your actual GTM, Analytics and Ads settings should still be verified before paid traffic is launched.
Yes. The layout is built mobile-first and navigation, type sizes, CTA, forms, cards, images and interactive elements are checked for phones, tablets and desktop screens.
I keep JavaScript lightweight, defer non-critical scripts, lazy-load below-the-fold images, define image dimensions, optimize CSS and avoid unnecessary libraries. I also minimize third-party requests where possible and test the main pages for obvious render and resource bottlenecks.
Scope and review stages are agreed before work starts. Small design and copy corrections are a normal part of the agreed review cycle. New functionality or a major scope change is estimated separately.
After full payment, agreed project files and access are handed over to you. I recommend that domain, hosting, Google accounts and other critical services are registered in your name so the business is not locked to one provider.
Yes. Maintenance can be one-off or ongoing: WordPress/plugin updates, backups, content changes, new pages, performance work, SEO improvements and conversion optimization.
Yes. LT, EN, RU and other languages can use separate URLs, hreflang tags, localized metadata, navigation and legal pages. Each language should have working service pages rather than only a translated homepage.
Payments, delivery providers, bookings, CRM, email marketing, maps, social networks, APIs, accounting, product feeds/imports and other services can be connected when reliable modules or APIs are available.
